George Greenhill is a leader in one of the largest black fraternal organizations located in the state of Florida. The organization is comprised of 25 lodges and over 780 members. Its mission and programs in the state of Florida have served many families in 2023. In his role as State President, he guides the direction and missions of the Florida State Association. George Greenhill a member of the organization for more than 20 years has served as a Past Grand Exalted Ruler which is the highest achievable level to reach as a member, he has served in a number of roles throughout his years as a member including serving as chairperson on several committees which included hosting the organization’s national convention. Before joining the organization (I.B.P.O.E. of W.) in 2002, Greenhill’s 38 year career background in his role at CSX Railway, offered him a leadership experiences as well as his 7 years experiences gained in the United States Air Force. While serving and supporting various initiatives in accounting and human development that gave him opportunities to learn, develop, grow and lead as he guides, direct, and inspire the members through the various challenges and functions of the Florida State Association.

Martha Maner is a native of Brooksville, Florida. She is a member of Kelly’s Temple #1004 where she held the position of Daughter Ruler for more than three decades. She created and coordinates a weekend breakfast program at Frederick Kelly Lodge #1270 that generates income loss due to the pandemic and during that time served meals daily to the community, cooked and served meals for Thanksgiving to the community as charity. The Daughter State President also holds the position of President of the Florida Women Deputies of ELK in the state of Florida, a member of Emma V. Kelly Council #61, as well as a member of the National President Council of Elks, as a member of the Association her leadership as State President of the woman auxiliary of the I.B.P.O.E. of W. Martha is an Ambassador of South Brooksville, she is a lifelong member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church where her work ethics were shape by her maternal grandmother Mrs. Seola Wright, maternal aunts Dorothy Burnett and Curlie B. Moore, and the women in the dietary department at the hospital, as well as her school teacher and Daughter Ruler of Kelly’s Temple Ira B. Floyd. Most importantly she is the mother of three daughters Jacqueline, Jowatha, and Jo Sandra whom are all educators and members of the Elks, proud grandmother of 3 grandson, 1 granddaughter, and 2 great-grandsons. She has been happily married to Joseph (JoJo) Maner Exalted Ruler of Frederick Kelly for 50 plus years. Her Motto: is “Show and Give Love to All”!
